This modern and atmospheric meeting venue is located just a stone's throw away from Amsterdam's Waterlooplein and is situated in a former office building of the Municipality of Amsterdam. The large windows, a variety of spaces for breakout sessions, and the design furniture make it an ideal location for inspiring meetings, courses, or corporate events.
The space can accommodate 40 people and can be arranged in various setups. The Capital is a spacious venue, and this inspiring meeting location provides everything you need for a successful gathering: from an HD projector to post-its and flip-overs. The catering is carefully curated to provide you with the right healthy energy during the day, and our host will take care of all your concerns during the meeting.

Fijne service tijdens ons kwartaaloverleg
In september hebben wij een dag besteed in The Capital voor ons kwartaal overleg. Er werd fijn meegedacht over de dagplanning en de voorziening van de lunch. Alles was netjes op tijd en zag er prima uit. De locatie is sfeervol en bevat alle nodige apparatuur.
Goede locatie en erg sfeervol!
Ik ben bij The Capital geweest voor een inspirerende brainstormsessie met het afdelingsteam en was aangenaam verrast. De grote ruimte met tribune is onwijs speels en een fijne ruimte om presentaties te geven. Het eten was goed, de hostess was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik zou deze ruimte zeker nog eens afhuren voor een bedrijfsbijeenkomst.

FlexLabs The Capital collaborates with a designated caterer. Do you have specific catering preferences? Please inform us, and we will explore what arrangements we can make for you. Please note: bringing your own catering, including serving self-prepared items, is not possible.
FlexLabs The Capital cannot be booked for parties or events. Below, you will find the meeting times we adhere to: Half day – 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM or 01:00 PM to 05:00 PM Full day – 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM Full day and evening – 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM The standard times can be adjusted in consultation based on your schedule. If desired, you can opt for a longer or shorter duration of space usage.
In the event that the User cancels a reservation within 90 days of the booked date, FlexLabs (Landlord) will charge 25% of the agreed-upon price (excluding specially requested already incurred costs). If the User cancels a reservation within 60 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 50%. If the User cancels within 30 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 75% of the agreed-upon price. If the User cancels within 14 days of the booked date, the Landlord will charge 100% of the agreed-upon price. For each reserved meeting room and/or group reservation, you can change the final number of guests free of charge up to 1 week in advance, provided it does not deviate by more than 10% from the reserved number. Changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing. In the event of cancellation due to a (corona-related) government decision, the cancellation costs mentioned in point [insert point number] will be waived, and the User can reschedule the reservation free of charge within 1 calendar year.

Parking: In the center of Amsterdam, parking space may be limited. Visitors are recommended to use nearby public parking garages, such as the Q-park Markenhoven garage. Navigation: Set your navigation system to the specific address (Jodenbreestraat 25) and follow the directions. Pay attention to any one-way streets and traffic rules in the city center.
